Microsoft Power Platform Consultant / Workflow Automation Specialist
Project Overview :


We currently manage over 150 active consultants and regularly onboard new resources across multiple enterprise clients. We are looking to automate our onboarding, compliance, document management, approval workflows, notifications, and reporting processes using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Workflow Automation
Design and implement end-to-end onboarding workflows
Track candidates from initiation through successful onboarding
Assign and monitor tasks across recruiting, operations, compliance, immigration, and HR teams
Configure automated reminders, escalations, and approvals
Compliance & Document Management
Build document expiration tracking and compliance monitoring
Automate document collection, validation, and approval workflows
Configure email notifications and escalation processes
Integrate with SharePoint and OneDrive for centralized document storage
Dashboard & Reporting
Develop executive dashboards and operational reports
Provide real-time visibility into onboarding status, compliance metrics, pending approvals, and aging activities
Create user-specific dashboards for recruiters, operations, compliance teams, and management
