Power Platform CRM Development

I am looking for an expert in building a CRM system based on the Microsoft Power Platform. The CRM system should be designed with the following functionalities:
- Contact/Account management: The system should be capable of managing and keeping track of all our contacts, including their engagements with our business.
- Sales pipeline management: The system should provide support in visualizing, managing, and guiding us through our sales pipeline. We need good visibility of our deals at various stages.
Our team will be less than 10 users, so you will need to ensure the CRM can efficiently support this number.
In terms of customization, I require moderate customization to the system. This will involve incorporating some unique workflows and features specific to my business needs. It won't be a completely unique system, but will definitely need more than your standard, off-the-shelf CRM solution.
Strong command of the Microsoft Power Platform and prior experience in building customized CRM systems will be key for this project. I expect a thorough understanding of CRM best practices, particularly in managing contacts and sales pipelines.
