Power BI-Like Dashboard Web App Development
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
We are seeking an experienced development team to create a robust, interactive dashboard web application similar to Power BI. The application should allow users to visualize data through various charts, graphs, and reports, with a strong emphasis on user roles and permissions.
Key Features and Requirements:
User Roles and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control):
Creator: Can create new dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Has full access to all data sources and can manage dashboard layouts.
Editor: Can edit existing dashboards and reports but cannot create new ones. Can modify visualizations and data sources they have access to.
Backend Admin: Manages user roles, permissions, and system settings. Has access to all data and can perform administrative tasks such as user management and system configuration.
Viewer: Can view dashboards and reports but cannot make any changes. Access is restricted to specific data visualizations and reports as assigned by the admin.
Dashboard Functionality:
Interactive and customizable dashboards with drag-and-drop functionality.
Support for various chart types (bar, line, pie, scatter, etc.).
Real-time data updates and refresh capabilities.
Export options for reports and visualizations (PDF, Excel, etc.).
Collaboration features such as comments and annotations.
Data Integration:
Connectivity to multiple data sources (SQL databases, Excel, CSV, APIs, etc.).
Data transformation and cleaning tools.
Support for large datasets with efficient loading and rendering.
Security and Compliance:
Secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Data encryption in transit and at rest.
Compliance with relevant data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Technology Stack:
Frontend: React.js or Angular for the user interface.
Backend: Node.js, NestJS server-side logic.
Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB for data storage.
Authentication: OAuth 2.0, JWT for secure authentication.
Data Visualization: D3.js, Chart.js, or Highcharts for creating interactive charts.
Deployment: Docker for containerization, Kubernetes for orchestration, and AWS/Azure for cloud hosting.
Project Deliverables:
Fully functional web application with all specified features.
Comprehensive documentation including user manuals and API documentation.
Source code with comments and version control (Git).
Testing reports and performance metrics.
Proposal Submission Guidelines:
Timelines and Milestones: including Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Design and Prototyping, Development and Testing, Deployment and User Training and Maintenance and Support
Cost Estimates (Total Project Cost) and Payment Terms
Submission Instructions:
Submit a brief proposal outlining the timelines, milestones, and cost estimates.
The company management will review the proposal and revert for further discussion on the timeline and payment terms.
Note:
Only proposals with clear timelines and cost estimates will be considered.
Detailed project plans and additional documentation are not required at this stage.
