Power Automate connect with RestfulAPI

Get the information already parsed from an in email through Power Automate into a JSON format and transmit the data to an accounting software using RestAPI in order to create a record of the credit card transaction. Required fields are Invoice Date, Invoice Number, Invoice Amount, Vendor Name.
A copy of the email or PDF should be attached in the POST command.
Power Automate and API connection knowledge is a MUST.
