Poste Canada Addon for Microweber CMS LARAVEL10

I'm looking for a developer proficient in open source CMS, particularly Microweber, to create a Poste Canada Shipping addon. The scope of the project will involve:
- Plugin Integration: Writing code to integrate the Poste Canada Shipping addon into the Microweb CMS LARAVEL10.
- Functionalities: The addon should be able to calculate shipping rates, generate shipping labels, and track shipments.
- Customization: The project requires moderate customization to fit well into the existing CMS interface and meet necessary functionality specifications.
