Post form data from Gravity Forms or Contact Form 7 to web API

I need help to post form data from Wordpress using Gravity Forms or Contact Form 7 to an API.
See example of the API below.
We have been supplied a web service to accept the data from the form and need to have it configured.
Ideally would like to have the body of the email that we’re currently receving, sent to the service.
