Post Payment Confirmation - Loyalty Program

We utilize Yotpo Loyalty and Rewards as our loyalty program. We are looking for a developer with Yotpo experience to ad a post-check out section where the site tells the user how many points they just earned (25 points per dollar). Please see attached for wireframe. Provide a quote.
