Post API Datafeed to an Email

I need to automatically post content in my emails using the XML / json feed of horoscope data that I get (specs attached)
Basically I'm just trying to create automated emails within my ESP (Ongage) and send those with the data that I get from the horoscope provider (doc attached).

You will just need to post the data within the emails that go out through Ongage. I don't need any scheduling of the emails to go out, I just need you to setup the code / feed that will go in the email that gets sent through Ongage.
