- We are looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Lead with 7+ years of experience, who is motivated to combine the art of design & programming.
- As a part of / leading a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle till deployment.
- As a Full Stack lead, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.
Responsibilities :
- As a member of the development group, you will be primarily responsible for the design, development, and maintaining the product and codes.
- Work with the Product and Design teams to build new features to solve business problems and fill business needs.
- Work in an agile environment where quick problem solving and good feedback are a part & parcel of the each task.
- Maintaining and auditing code/design quality as per set guidelines and standards in assigned projects.
- Facilitating code/design reuse.
- Training and mentoring of team members.
Required Qualifications :
- Advanced knowledge of and 7-9 years practical experience in writing server-side applications using PHP(Laravel), JavaScript (Node.js), SQL / No SQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- 3+ years of experience in Unit testing frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in setting up basic CI / CD tools and cloud architecture for Web Applications and interested in how to make them highly available, scalable and secure.
- Has experience with bottlenecks in the frontend, backend, infrastructure components of the project.
- Strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous request handling and when to choose tools like Messaging Queues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels so that you can take good long-term decisions for the project.
- 2+ years of experience with and an accurate understanding of Agile manifesto, principles and methodologies, like Scrum and Kanban.
Good to have :
- Experience in multiple programming languages is a plus
- Experience front-end tools, such as Webpack, Grunt
- Experience with setting up basic web security guidelines in the project
- Experience with setting up CI / CD pipelines for the project
- Experience with clean code, design patterns and principles. Setting up static and dynamic code analyzer tools like SonarQube, Codacy, etc. to improve the code quality of the project.
