Portal Development

I have a group of friends from whom I collect money & investment into a real estate projects.
these friends could be investing in different ratios & hence sharing profit too will be in the ration of their investments. currently I manage these with google sheets & MS SQL database .

I want to develop a portal where all these friends can view their investments & distributions.
