Port a CPanel setup from one host to another

Our team need to move a PHP application from one host (CPanel shared hosting) to a new one where it can be worked on with more flexibility.
I am looking for a developer with a strong PHP and CPanel background. Once we match, the plan is to have an initial assessment conversation and thereafter getting an already working project (currently on a different host) ported and running on a new PHP hosting provider.
