Polaroid Gallery + Main Slider need improved

we have the Polaroid Gallery Plugin, but the fancy box dont open, its open a picture.
we want the fancy box

did you see when you open? And its not optimal for mobil, if you use on mobilephone!
so that need to be improved with fancy box like the URL i send, and optimal for mobilephone.
And if you have an idea, to make this site better, not so boring just with the Fotos, please give tips.

and the main slider need to be optimize for ALL SIZE on ipad, mobile and desktop, mac!
the slider is too large for every size, its need to be on top, without scrolling. for ipad, mobile, pc/mac and from 12" to 30"
