Podcast Website Revamp and Enhancement
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hey everyone,
We wanted to be upfront: we previously hired another freelancer to help with this project, but unfortunately, things weren’t completed properly and we’ve lost a lot of time. We’re ready to try again and are looking for someone who can get the job done right.

Podcast Website Project – Requirements & Priorities
1. Tab Functionality Fixes (Top Priority)
- Fix tabs showing duplicate content for episodes.
- Ensure future episodes avoid duplication.
- Update tab page to pull content dynamically from RSS (not static templates).
- Tabs must display in this order:
1. Episode – RSS-fed content (artwork, player, description) but editable via editor
2. Show Notes – Manually editable via editor
3. Transcript – Manually editable via editor
4. Guest Profile – Only visible if a guest is assigned
5. Comments – Standard comment section
- Remove duplicate comment box in the episode tab.
2. Episode Feed Requirements
- Pull episode content from RSS feed (artwork, audio player, description).
- All three tabs (Episode, Show Notes, Transcript) must be editable through the native editor or Elementor.
- If a YouTube video is added manually, hide artwork but keep other content.
- Guest assignment is manual post-release; hide guest tab automatically for solo episodes.
3. Display Fixes
- Fix sidebar category widget (content cutoff issue).
- Ensure guest cards have uniform photo sizes regardless of upload dimensions.
- Remove social media URLs from guest cards.
- Fix broken social links on guest bio pages and improve their layout.
- Verify episode cards display correctly on “listen-now” and home pages.
4. WP Affiliate System
- Create templated registration/sign-on pages for the affiliate plugin (minimal page elements).
- Redesign the existing Fluent Forms landing page into a WordPress page linked to the WP affiliate plugin for referral tracking.
5. CRM & Form Integration
- CRM is already integrated. Custom fields from existing forms need mapping, and tagging for email segmentation.
- Apply SEO (title, description, keywords) to the **new landing page.
6. Testing
- Test full responsiveness across browsers, mobile, and tablets.
- Verify all links, features, and content display correctly.
