Plugin for Woocommerce

I need a plugin that can send the order summary for each Woocommerce status and send bulk messages to the phone numbers of users who have ordered and also to numbers that have not ordered. Summary:

1.Sending personalized messages of the order summary using the possibility of the tags {name}, {surname} etc.etc

2. Bulk sending by uploading phone numbers from a csv file with category management.
