Plugin for Firefox and Chrome, which will prevent online phishing

I need a plugin for Firefox and Chrome, which will prevent online phishing. The user will add social networking sites, bank sites, kirpto exchange sites, etc. to the plugin. Based on SSL, the plugin will check when visiting this website that it is a credible website. In case it detects that is the phisihing website is alerting the user. The plugin is also associated with db phishtank.
