Plugin for CRM
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
Goal:
● Create a plugin for a CRM to offer cash discounts in the quoting / invoicing process that also utilizes a
white labeled payment gateway based off of ipospays with the intent to drive more traffic and usage of
the payment gateway.
We have started considering 3 CRMs, but are open to suggestions on which one makes the most sense, even
if it isn’t listed here:
● Jetpack
○ This is the most promising for long term viability as it includes a white labeling offering.
● ZoHo
○ This appears the easiest to publish a plugin to, out of the options we looked into.
● Click Up
○ As first glance, I didn’t see a way for us to create a plugin for this CRM
The requirements for the Invoicing/Quoting portion of the plugin plugin to generate customizable PDF
attachments for emails are as follows:
● Must Haves
○ A place to enter crm wide configuration values on plugin setup:
■ Company name
■ Company logo
■ Address
■ Phone number
■ Email address
■ Payment Gateway token/key value
○ The ability to Add, Edit and Delete lines on an invoice (up to what fits on 1 page)
■ Lines should include:
● Description
● Quantity
● Price
○ Ideally a user could enter in total or unit price for the line item, and have
the other field value calculated based off of the Quantity.
○ Generates a 2 column PDF of the invoice
■ A template with one formatting can be provided if desired.
■ At the bottom would be 2 actionable buttons
By having 2 buttons, we are within compliance for merchant guidelines by not having any
credit service fee.
● Pay Cash
○ Sends user to Cash version of the Gateway
● Pay Credit
○ Sends user to Credit version of the Gateway
● We will be able to get you the documentation around gateway in
■ The idea behind a 2 column invoice is to be able to provide a true cash discount of 4%
○ The Generated PDF is then easily able to be attached to the Email that the CRM sends.
○ Post Payment back to CRM
■ The gateway can be provided with a webhook to update the CRM upon successful
completion of the transaction.
Additionally we are interested in a quote for what it would take to create a white labeled CRM that natively
supports this invoicing/quoting plugin, with monthly support that can be licensed/resold. This is where we see
Jetpack being a viable option, but again are open to suggestions based on your experience with what works
best.
