Plugin creation for Woocommerce

I need to create a dropdown healthcare selection for users, so frontend displayed prices changes based on that selection. (Prices should not change, but this is a reference price that later the healthcare company should reimburse. Users would pay anyway the published real product pricing). A reference is on examedi.com

this should change dynamically without reload page when select insurance. So should be done with javascript/jquery.
