Plugin WooCommerce Bitcoin Product

Greetings,

I need a Bitcoin product plugin for WooCommerce. The plugin will need settings such as, percentage pricing above or below market price so you will need to use API to get the latest market price automatically on Bitcoin from BTC>SEK and vice versa (Swedish Krona).

Also a toggle on options to switch/activate on or off the plugin and also need to price lock duration from 1 minute to 120 minutes, for an example, a customer visit the site and want to but Bitcoin and price is at that moment 200.333 SEK for 1 BTC then the price will be locked for 60 minutes if the settings is sett on 60 minutes.

So the help i need to be clear in steps:
1. Price lock duration
2. Status activation for the Bitcoin plugin
3. Extra fee (%) from market price
4. Less fee (%) from market price
5. Good looking design
6. Simple product details such as description and product image etc
7. API to a website to always get the latest bitcoin market price
8. The plugin should be labeled as Zeus Design - Bitcoin product
