Plugin For WordPress

I'm looking for someone who can build me a plugin for WordPress. The project will be an extensive yet simple calendar that displays data in day or month mode. Each day will have several data points including how busy it is, what the weather is going to be and park hours for the day. I will need a staging area where I can make changes and edits to the calendar and then push them out to the plugin when needed.
