Plugin Connect api to woocommerce and woocommerce

Hi, I'm creating a marketplace (amazon, ebay style), where users can register and sell their products.
I would like to provide the ability to connect your website to my marketplace, synchronizing the products, along with other features, so as to avoid the customer wasting time and to always have everything updated even when products or other things are changed.
Synchronization is at the center of everything.
I now list the features that the plugin must have:
-Complete synchronization of products (variable and simple) between the two websites
-Price synchronization
-Synchronization of quantities in stock
-Synchronization of description and short description
-Synchronization of images
-Management through a panel in the marketplace admin of the various marketplace customer connections
-Easy connection between the two websites (seller website - Marketplace)
-Product categories to be manually assigned to the products
-Updating of price, various descriptions, quantity, title, images in real time or a few seconds later
-Section with various settings to manage the entire plugin such as activation and deactivation of features present in the plugin.
From the seller's dokan dashboard, the seller must:
-Be able to independently connect their website to the marketplace
-Be able to manage a price increase in percentage
-Be able to synchronize all products in bulk via a button
-Delete products inserted via the plugin with a button
Attention:
-The various websites to be connected use management systems that synchronize the warehouse with the site, so you must not use the "update" or "publish" or "delete" buttons to start the synchronization. Synchronization must occur every time a change is made to the products without the mandatory use of the woocommerce backend.
-Synchronization must occur between the seller's site and the marketplace and not vice versa. Except when an order is received for products imported from the site, which must be notified by scaling the quantity purchased on the marketplace on the originating site.
