Platform independent web application for spa (Go through requirements and bid)

Summary:
Web application is enable the users to book an appointment for massage therapy
Budget: 20 to 25k INR max is the total budget but I assure long term continuous engagement and pay raise once the business is established successfully. Kindly go through the requirements completely before bidding
Preference:
Development using "Bubble.io" no code platform is preferred to reduce the development time and budget
Aspiring Indian developers will be given preference
Specifications:
1. User should be able to sign up by filling the form or through Google or Facebook
2. Sign Up form should collect data such as Email (as Username), First Name, Last Name, Gender, DOB, Mobile and Password
3. Mail verification, OTP verification and ID card validation to be done before activation of account
4. Signed up users shouldn't be able to book an appointment prior to activation of profile by admin
5. Signup users should be able to login using Password or Gmail or Facebook
6. Admin should be able to set privileges for Users, Managers and Therapists
7. Main page should have 'Home' page, 'Book Now' page, 'My Bookings' page, 'My Profile' page and 'Sign Out' option
8. Book Now page should display list of therapists with their pictures (slide), Age, Location, Price, Languages Spoken, Availability for the day, Calendar (to view the availability of the therapist), Types of therapies offered, Ratings and 'Book Now' button
9. Users should be able to expand the pictures and view as slide show
10. Upon clicking on book now users should be able to displayed with terms & conditions of the therapy and give their consent to book the appointment
11. Upon giving the consent the user should be able to see the Name, photos, past reviews & overall ratings, Location, Price, Age, Languages Spoken, Availability, Calendar,
Date of appointment, Time of appointment, Location (Client's House, Client's Hotel or Spa's Hotel) and the location of the therapy has to be captured using google map for client's location and standard location should be captured for Spa hotels
12. Upon requesting for a therapy session, user should be able to see the booking under "My Bookings" and status should be "Requested"
13. Upon requesting for an appointment the user should be able to chat with the therapist through in-app chat (chat should be available until completion of therapy or cancellation)
14. User should receive WhatsApp notification & mail notification during appointment request and status changes
15. Therapist should be able to see the bookings received by them and be able to accept or reject with comments.
14. For confirmed appointments users should be able to either pay online or opt for cash payment
15. There should be an admin dashboard to see all the requests, analytics.
16. Admin should be able to block any users and the blocked users shouldn't be able to login into the application
17. People under age 18 shouldn't be able to sign up
18. After completion of the therapy, user must give feedback (by filling a questionaries) & rating before booking another appointment
