UK Planning Application Web App
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I'm looking to build a web app that replicates and improves upon the functionality seen on sites like planningpipe.co.uk. This app will be tasked with:
- Scraping all UK planning applications.
- Tracking and updating application statuses.
- Providing comprehensive details about the planning consultant and architect involved.
In terms of features, I require:
- Search functionality: Users should be able to locate specific applications easily.
- A notification system: Users should be alerted about updates on applications they're interested in.
- Sorting and filtering options: Users should be able to organise the data to suit their needs.
I will be supplying designs and can help generate workflows etc. Developing is pretty new to me so i will need some guidance in regards to what is needed on my end for this to run as smooth as possible during the development stage.
This position ideally suits a freelancer with deep experience in web application development, data scraping, and a demonstrated ability in creating effective user-interfaces. Proficiency in handling large data sets is desirable.
