Ideal Skills and Experience:

The system should have the following features:
1. Automated matching of candidates to placements:
- The system should have an algorithm that matches candidates' skills and qualifications to suitable job placements.

2. Reporting and analytics:
- The system should be able to generate reports and provide analytics on various aspects of the placement process.
- It should track and analyze the performance of candidates and placements, providing valuable insights for improvement.
I am expecting a relatively small volume of users, with less than 100 users interacting with the system. Therefore, the system should be user-friendly, efficient, and able to handle the expected load.
