Pixel Advertisement Website (Crypto)

Hello, We need a website that is based on a minimalistic social CMS platform with PHP, where the main idea is users can buy pixel advertisements (1 pixel = 1 dollar). Users should be able to make a personal account where they can select an area of the pixel or a program that can take an image/logo/NFT and calculate how much pixels it requires as well as the equivalent market value. In order to operate this we would require a simple crypto payment system, where users can only make payments on one particular blockchain (Blockchain will be disclosed once we accept your contract offer). users should have profiles and the ability to message other users along with a global chat. All users should be able to see their account balance and be able to withdraw and deposit money. A full backend interface for admins to control everything. If you are a good developer we would contact you again for any future upgrades or maintenance of the website, where we would pay you according to a discussed value.
