Piwigo - Family Photo Gallery | EXIF Plugins
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am setting up a photo gallery / collaboration site for me to share photos with my family. https://fountain-family.com/gallery
Piwigo (http://piwigo.com) seems to be the best solution and has most of the features working out of the box. However I need assistance with he following items:

Modify the SmartAlbum plugin to allow an album for pictures with no tags.
- There is a smart album plugin that allows the ability to create dynamic albums based on tags. Need to modify this plugin so that instead of only being inclusive of rules i can make a rule to allow for a smart album of pictures with no tags.

Configure site to read EXIF/XMP info from uploaded photos into site tags
This is supposed to natively work, however I cannot figure out how and the documentation and posts are unclear to me.

Configure Tags added via website to be written back to photo "XMP Keywords" Again there is a plugin for this that I need help to make work. Also need a way to automatically trigger either when a picture is updated or nightly cron job.
