Phprunner 10.9+ Expert Needed for Custom Application | PHPRunner and MySQL Developer for Translation Order Site

Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled developer to create an order site for customers to upload files for translation using PHPRunner 10+ and MySQL. The site will facilitate machine translation reviewed by humans and provide an online portal for payments and invoicing.
Key Requirements:
1. Translation Order Functionality:
- Customers can upload files for translation from a source language to a target language.
- The system will offer machine translation reviewed by a human.
- The first order is paid by credit card via Stripe, while repeat customers can apply for an account with invoicing starting from the second order.
- Pricing is semi-automatic, based on the number of words entered by the customer or by our admin.
2. Admin and Customer Dashboards:
- Admin dashboard to view all orders with sorting functionality based on customer.
- Customer dashboard to view only their own orders.
- One unified dashboard with full information for the admin.
3. Multilingual Support:
- The system should support different languages, including labels and decimal notation (comma or dash) based on the selected preferred language.
Deliverables:
1. Complete Application in PHPRunner and MySQL:
- Develop a fully functional application using PHPRunner 10+ and MySQL.
- Implement all necessary layouts for the pages.
- Ensure all calculations related to word count and pricing are implemented correctly.
- Use PHPRunner functionality wherever possible, combined with JavaScript and PHP code.
- Implement any corrections after our testing and feedback.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with PHPRunner 10+ and MySQL.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and PHP for additional functionality.
- Experience with Stripe payment integration.
