Phpfox 3 custom modules/applications and mobile application development

I’m upgrading from phpfox version 3 to version 4 and I need my 3 custom modules rebuilt in version 4. I also need these modules to be built for the mobile application. I have a detailed functional design document and a functioning website to use as a reference.
