Php website my sql new data auto increment issues

I am looking for a PHP developer who can help fix my website's sql auto increment issue. Specifically, the auto increment is not working properly and I need someone who can troubleshoot and fix the problem. data's are added but its added like last bill id was 7001 but new bill id was 0 thats a problem now.
