Php developer with SQL and Javascript

Hello!
I need a junior developer I can pass work to. Ideally you should know and have some experience working with php, javascript and sql. Strictly no companies! I want an individual working from home. South Indian Tamil speaking preferred but not important.
I have some big projects and need someone I can pass clean-up and the repetitive parts of jobs to. This is not fulltime.
First part: Please create a small voice recording introducing yourself and your qualification experience etc. Also your hourly rate. Feel free to say what you want save as an mp3 and attach on here. You can also add work samples source code etc. Please only provide work you have worked on directly! I will check!!!
Second part: We do a call and I give you some small tests ask you to explain some code etc.
Basically I have no problem getting projects but I can only do one at a time and finish up is taking too long. Clients also request more work etc. I want to try with some help.
I am looking for someone cheap so an experienced programmer may not be interested. You will be paid of course but this will be a great opportunity to learn and gain experience as well. I do not want somebody who knows nothing whom I have to carry!
