Php developer needed for complex backend operation.

We need an experienced developer Php for developing some backend complex functions for inventory operations, like cost calculation, payments, inbound and outbound operations etc.
Our requirements :
1) Experienced in Php programing languages
2) Experienced in MySQL / PostgreSQL / XML / Json,
3) Experience on business processes.
4) Strong skills about security vulnerabilities.
5) Strong problem solving skills, and understanding the main issues in project.
The projects where the developer will work is very business critical and we will be very carefully at hiring process.
The hiring process have 3 stages:
Stage 1: Test task.
The interested candidate will receive a test task so he can show the skill that we require for our team. The test are tricky and is the best way to understand the problem solving capabilities of the candidate.
Stage 2: Hiring Interview
After successfully completed the first task we will schedule an interview with the candidate and our team to discuss the project and his capabilities and how the candidate will handle the project and tasks.
