Php data matching system

I have an existing php codeignitor software with existing data. I would like to extract some data from this software (data category 1) to display at another website. You have to create the website to display the data from my existing php custom software and add a search button let user easily search the data . If no data found then display "no found" notification.

Besides that, I need to manually add the data (category 2) inside the website by admin. We will add a label or make 2 different color for 2 different data category when display at the website for easy navigation.
