Php booking calendar connected to mysql

Hello, I need to a php calendar to my website which is a portfolio of a graphic designer. The idea of the calendar is to give clients the opportunity to book a call with the designer. They should be able to see available time slots and schedule a call with the designer only if they are log into the website.

I need the php files and statements for phpMyAdmin database. I can provide you will all files i have already.
