Php New feature needed

I wanted to ask, can you add these; A feature where I can see each user's number of views on their links from highest to lowest (to know which users are on top monthly, weekly and yearly), the total number of views on all links by all users combined(weekly, monthly, yearly), Announcement page on Member dashboard, so when they open it, announcements are visible for them.

An option which will allow me to delete the accounts of people who have not logged in for a certain amount of time

feature to send an email to all the users on the website
