Php/Mysql based software to be migrated from AWS to a local unbunto server

I have a small software currently working on AWS using LAMP PHP/MySQL. I migrated the code and the DB to the local server, but it didn't work as expected.
I think some changes to the code will be required to work on the new environment.
Looking for a PHP developer to help launch the software on the local server.
Remote SSH won't be allowable. You need to use remote control software to carry out the necessary work.
The charge would be hourly since the work scope is not yet known.
