Php Laravel expert needed

I have my own website, i want to integrate LTI with my site.... My site on php laravel, so if anybody know about that technology can place the bid and need expert laravel developer for my work.
we require the following:

To integrate our website <---> with LTI 1.3.

Level of Integration:

Once integrated, our website should show up "as is" in the LMS.

* please note that in this video, he uses a game written in php which he integrates to LTI 1.3.
* notice that once integrated, the game is visible in the LMS "as is", AND THIS IS EXACTLY what we want for the time being.
* the whole purpose of LTI 1.3 integration is to make it INDEPENDANT of the LMS (eg moodle, canvas etc)

Deliverable: Once you have integrated, we need to test it from any LMS and our website should be seen in the LMS.
