I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a WebSocket chat application using Laravel 10 and PHP 7 on an AWS server with a load balancer and It should work ion Flutter mobile appplciation.
The chat application will initially support private messaging.
Key requirements:
- Real-time private messaging functionality
- User authentication mechanism (to be defined)
- Deployed on AWS with a load balancer
