Php Developer Required for Prestashop 1.7 to integrate transactional sms and whatsapp

I need to integrate the MSG91 SMS gateway to send transactional SMS and Whatsapp msg for my customers. If I change the status of the order in the Prestashop BO, the msg should be generated to the customer.
