Php Billing CodeIgniter Fix and Update

Hello,
I have a PHP billing system with CodeIgniter. I need a few minor updates. Should take 1 maybe 2 days and that’s it. Most are simple fixes.
Work needed as follows:
1. Need to make compatible with latest php. System is NOT compatible with latest php. only compatible with php7.3.
2. Fix date layout on invoice pdf & email & admin backend from (YYYY-DD-MM ** TO ** MM-DD-YYYY)
3. Address needs to be on 2 lines instead of 3 lines
4. Invoice # - Make Random invoice number generator, instead of in order. This is already installed, just need to make it default EACH TIME instead of manually setting it per invoice
5. Add image upload option with loading status (pdf,jpg, gif, etc) to invoice. Images need to display on the attached pdf as well in the html invoice. 2 views.
6. Responsive, Mobile friendly Updates. There must be something to make it easier to navigate on phone to make layouts easier and smoother. Whatever you recommend for this part.
