Photo upload system

For a website that already exist clients can sign up their car to sell it. After filling vehicle details, they need to upload pictures of their car trough my website. The upload system now works very slow and keeps the pictures loading for too long. When the car is signed up, it goes to the admin, the picture should be also shown there, where admin can view, change or delete the pictures. After that the admin can approve this car and it will be available for buyers that also needs to see those pictures.

I need someone who is very professional and skilled to change the photo upload system that i have now on my website. My website is made in Angular and Laravel
