I need a developer to build a site in which users can upload, edit(position, crop, rotate) images.
The site is intended to allow the user to build a print that they can order.
The site will allow users to upload their own images, add text on top of the background image, add additional images to the background as a new layer.
I need someone with experience in front end development: JQuery(Draggable), PHP, MySQL.
I prefer to work with an individual rather than a company.
