Phase 1 :(using Bootstrap, PHP, MySQL, DataTables) create layout and editable datatables for students to enter data

** We are asking only to begin the process by laying it out and creating the forms. **
My students and I are working on an informational website about old letters that were written in the 1700's.
The first stage is enter the information into the database correctly.
I need you to
1) create a Bootstrap layout like this one: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.1/examples/dashboard
2) The left sidebar will list the *tables* that the students need to update.
3) Each *table* will be placed on the main page, with its data using DataTables.
4) Students can EDIT and INSERT rows into the tables.
5) Some of the tables will have to draw data from other tables.
** When all of the data is entered, then Phase 2 will be to create the public-facing page. **
