Pharma Web Portal with Multi-User Access

I'm seeking a skilled web developer to create a comprehensive web portal tailored for the pharmaceutical market. This platform will feature an admin panel and cater to all user types: Admin, Company, Job Seeker, and Customer. The portal needs to include:

- City-wise product and company searches
- A news section featuring company updates
- A job portal
- A feed section
- A community section

All data, including products, companies, jobs, and posts, should be searchable and filterable by city. The portal must be mobile-optimized, built on a secure and scalable architecture, and feature a clean, maintainable codebase with version control on GitHub or GitLab.

Login and registration should occur via OTP. The web portal will be hosted on my Hostinger VPS, currently running CentOS 7. We might change it to Ubuntu, and I have an API already hosted on the VPS. We'll need to discuss this in detail.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
