PhP Web Developer (RSP)

I am looking for a PhP Web Developer who can develop SEO optimized website for lead generation (Academic Website). Those who have prior experience developing such websites would be preferred. The project would be awarded initially with one website to test the expertise.

I can only share sample websites, content and the keywords.
