Personalized Website Integrated with AWS
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
Here's a summary of my requirements.
Objective: To develop a web-based application that connects visitors with realtors in their area, allowing realtors to list their profiles and visitors to search and manage favorite realtors.
1. Features for Visitors:
Location-Based Search:
• Automatically detect visitor's location.
• Display a list of nearby cities based on visitor's location.
City-Based Realtor Listings:
• Visitors can select a city to view a list of realtors in that city.
• Display detailed profiles for each realtor including: Brief summary, Photo, Name, Introduction video, Specialty tags
User Registration and Authentication:
• Visitors can sign up and log in to the website.
• Secure authentication system for user accounts.
Favorite Realtors:
• Logged-in visitors can add realtors to their list of favorites.
• Manage and view the list of favorite realtors.
Search and Filter:
• Search for realtors by tags, name, or other criteria.
• Filter results based on specialties or other relevant tags.
2. Features for Realtors:
Realtor Registration and Profile Management:
• Realtors can sign up and create an account on the website.
• Manage their own profiles including adding and updating: Brief summary, Photo, Name, Introduction video, Specialty tags
Self-Listing:
• Realtors are responsible for listing and updating their own profiles.
• Ability to add and modify their information as needed.
3. Technical and Hosting Details:
Database Management:
• Database setup and management on AWS.
• Secure storage and retrieval of user and realtor information.
Hosting and Maintenance:
• Ideally I want the entire backend to be on AWS for scalability and reliability. I am also thinking on hosting it on AWS, but I am not sure if that's a good idea.
4. Additional info:
• I will have a friend mock up the pages in figma.
• If possible, I would like the latest library of bootstrap installed, so that when I go in want to edit some design stuff I can use bootstrap.
