**Objective:**
Automate the creation of personalized marathon videos by extracting participant clips from multiple fixed cameras (at finish line & checkpoints), using timing mat data, and stitching them together with branded intro/outro and overlays.

### Key Requirements
1. **Footage Management**
* Handle multiple video files per camera location (supports camera restarts, gaps).
* Map each video file to camera location and start time (via naming or CSV).
2. **Timing Data Integration**
* Accept timing data per location for each participant (CSV).
* Match participant’s chip time to correct video segment and camera.
3. **Clip Extraction & Processing**
* Extract 6–8s personalized clips at each checkpoint.
* Add overlays: name, bib, time, and location.
* Concatenate clips in sequence with a branded intro/outro.
4. **Output**
* One final video per participant (e.g., `final_1234.mp4`).
* Save to output folder, optionally create JSON with metadata.
5. **Technical**
* PHP 8.x (preferred), Bash/Python optional for helper scripts.
* Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
* Tools: FFmpeg, FFprobe.
* Inputs: `.mp4` videos, `.csv` timing data.
6. **Deliverables**
* PHP CLI script with documentation.
* Sample data for testing.
* One round of revision after integration.
