i have a project of my own, and i need a developer to help me.
for the front end i have an HTML Theam.
and for the backend i need it to be PHP cuz it's the most afordoble for developing and hosting.
i have 3 roles
all will be in the same login page but with different permissions.
i will give a full details of the project over an online meeting and we will sort all services needed in a PDF File and that will be the contract between you and me. all through freelacer.com To keep everyone safe :D
the project is personally funded so I am on a very limited budget.
also, i want clean coding and the Best experience for the client.
