Personal Laravel Website Creation

I am seeking an experienced Laravel developer to create a high-quality personal website for me.
This digital space is primarily meant to be a personal page.

Your Role:

- Plan, execute, and manage cms backend design.
- Implement all technical aspects of the CMS.

Project Details:

- The project entails creating a personal webpage.
- The platform needs to be user-friendly.

- cms backend, edit pages, seo settings, and all other settings
- media directory create , for videos and images, possible to add caption on pictures
-imdb api integration, its for my act it should get details from there.
- ineed have contact form, with spam protection
- ineed have page biographi to put some pictures and text about my self , and imdb api needs show there details over me.
- i need media content managing for page media, it should divocred bij 2 groups, videos and pictures
so when you to media page then there should be listed created groups Video / Pictures and inside this category should be shown other picture categorys or videos

pictures should be able to add able like multi upload in category, picture remove able, editable, change order of picture and also at on pictures automated signature of what is setup in page setttings ( exampe domain dot com

pictures should be uploaded in high quality mode but in webp format automated from png or jpg converted because of bandwith reduce

videos should uploaded like how they are added, also it should have to play the videos so there should be player for the added videos.
