Personal Financial Portfolio Tracker: Telegram Bot

I'm seeking a developer to create a Telegram bot for tracking my personal financial portfolio. The bot should be able to:

- Build a comprehensive portfolio: This includes layering different assets and allocating them appropriately. The assets to include are stocks, cryptocurrency, mutual funds, and real estate shares.
- Track performance: This should involve monitoring buy/sell transactions, costs, shares, net asset value, profit (win/lose), and cash flow on assets.
- Time-based portfolio tracking: The bot should be able to track the portfolio's performance over different time frames: month, quarter, and year.
