PerfexCRM plugin must be pre-filtered with regions for customer, staff and project

Create a PerfexCRM plugin to create Region field to customer, staff and project. Allow pre-filtered data by the Region field. (Same region staff only can view same region customers even with the global view)
The plugin is required to support below

2. CSRF token protecting
