PerfexCRM plugin for checking email and query customer email contents.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Create a PerfexCRM check-email module, allow setup IMAP profile by admin.
And then admin creates IMAP email info for each staff. Or modify from below module:

The module already have IMAP setup to download emails contents,
but SMTP is using system setup. Please modify
- SMTP settings use the staff account
- Add bookmark for some customer email and input email address to filter email contents
- Can be tested by GMail with enabled IMAP
Auto match sender’s emails with customer email address, to show as a menu item inside of the customer page. Also check the bounce back, display notice of customer page.

PS:The plugin was let staff self setup the mail. we need to change it admin setup it. for security reason.
For bounce back it let staff know customer was have bounce back their email.
